MIAD’s annual scholarship luncheon on February 15 allowed donors the opportunity to interact with scholarship recipients in a unique, artistic environment.
Generous contributors to the 2012 Scholarship Fund and Creative Fusion Scholarship Fund were welcomed by students to the 4th Floor Gallery, where the students’ work was on display. The luncheon provided a chance for students to personally express their thanks while sharign their creative accomplishments and a meal with donors.
Sophomore student speaker Jackie Altfillisch expressed to donors that every student at the luncheon was eager to share their story and their gratitude.
MIAD Development Committee chair Bob Mikulay introduced, and thanked, Trustee Matt and Brenda Levatich for chairing MIAD’s signature scholarship benefit – Creative Fusion – to be held on May 5.
