Sophomore Jessica Lopez, an illustration major, has been participating in a mural project sponsored by La Casa de Esperanza and Milwaukee’s Department of Neighborhood Services to make homes and buildings on Milwaukee’s north side more attractive. The project, involving murals painted on boards placed over the windows of a vacant commercial property, will be installed in early December at 37th and Center Sts ..
