In order to introduce to the public many of the working artists, designers, and scholars from the academic side of MIAD, this page will offer a series of interviews I am conducting with the faculty and academic deans at our college. These interviews will be posted as sound files. The focus of these interview is not about teaching and curriculum but is instead about the ideas, resources, energies, and professional pursuits of the creative individuals who make up the academic community.
The first of these interviews was conducted on September 14, 2006 for the benefit of the MIAD Board of Trustees. Interviewees are Leslie Fedorchuk, Professor of Humanities and James Barany, Associate Professor of Foundations Art. The interviewer is Richard Higgs, Provost/VPAA.
