govek-juried-web“This entire exhibition is a beautiful cross-section from the students. This is a learning moment and it is a celebratory moment,” Professor of Humanities James Barany commented at the Sixth Annual Juried Foundations Exhibition opening reception.

Foundations students submitted 184 works, and 69 were chosen by juror Lee Ann Garrison, Chair of the Department of Art & Design for the Peck School of the Arts at UW-Milwaukee.

frater-juried-webGarrison remarked, “It was a surprise and a joy to come in and jury this show. I looked at the creativity and problem-solving, and was really impressed with this work.”
