I graduated from MIAD in 1995 with a BFA in Industrial Design. Since then, I have worked at several large corporations across the US. I started my career at ACCO Brands office products in Chicago, IL., then joined the ID team at Compaq Computer Corp. in Houston, TX. In 2002 I began a 6 year career in the Global Consumer Design department at Whirlpool Corporation, designing for the Whirlpool, Maytag and KitchenAid brands. After that I moved back to Wisconsin to work for Kohler Co. and Milsco Seating Co. In 2011 I started my career at Milwaukee Tool as a Senior Industrial Designer, and have continued to evolve from subject matter expertise to a leadership role.
I am a native of Milwaukee, and am proud to be back in my hometown. In my spare time, I enjoy biking, auto racing, scale model building and collecting…pretty much anything with 2 or 4 wheels. I enjoy passing along my knowledge of my profession to other young designers at MIAD, as I have taught several CAD and rendering classes there. I currently live on the east side of Milwaukee with my wife and two children.
