Jay is a Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) and a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), has 38 years of experience as a consulting engineer in the design, analysis and application of energy related systems in new and exsisting facilitities. He is the Association of Energy Engineers Environmental Educator of the Year award recipient, which reflected his development of a comprehensive professional education program relating to Wisconsin’s energy guidelines mandated by the Federal Energy Policy Act of 1992. He has authored articles on ice storage and high reliable infrastructure systems.
