I have been active as an industrial designer since graduating from MIAD working primarily in the Chicago area at several consulting offices such as Kitts Design, Banka Mango, Joss and Herbst Lazar Bell. I also have done freelance design work for area design offices most notably pdt and technical illustration work for their sister company TZ. I am currently employed by The Pampered Chef as a design development engineer.
additional_information: I was married while attending MIAD but not to an Alum. Two of my 3 sons graduated with Bachelor of Arts degrees for painting-U of I 2005 and traditional animation-Columbia College 2012. My Columbia grad considered MIAD but chose to go to school in Chicago. (I tried) My third son creates art with pastry. Its in the genes.
