Rob Schrab, ’92 (Illustration), won a 2009 Emmy for Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics. Schrab and co-writers William Ross, John Kjmbrough, Dan Harmon, and Ben Schwartz wrote the song for the 81st Annual Academy Awards opening number performed by actor Hugh Jackman.
Schrab, a comic book creator, actor, comedian, writer and film and television producer, is also known for co-writing the Oscar-nominated feature, Monster House, as well as directing and producing two seasons of The Sarah Silverman Program on Comedy Central.
