Alum Max Estes’ painting featured in NY Times
A recent painting by Max Estes (’99 Illustration) was featured on the cover of The New York Times September 4. "Man with Ghosts," partially shown, was created for an event at the Milwaukee Art Museum and illustrates an article entitled "Making It by Hand" about Milwaukee-based Faythe Levine. The painting now resides in Levine’s Paper Boat Boutique and was photographed by MIAD alum Darren Hauck.
