MIAD will sponsor a booth at the 2nd Annual Fine Furnishings & Fine Craft Show this Saturday, September 29, and Sunday, September 30, at the Midwest Airlines Center. Our very own faculty members Steve Lacey and Bruce Grudzinski; and alumni Terry Boyle, Jeremy Shamrowicz, Jesse Meyer, Kamryn Boelk and Eric Hardrath will display their work.
The event will present a marketplace for the finest in handcrafted furniture, decorative accessories, original art and contemporary craft to the public and designer trade professionals in the Milwaukee, Door County, Madison and Chicago areas. It is the only show of its kind in the Midwestern United States. The show occupies 30,000 square feet at the Midwest Airlines Center. Over 150 artisans from across the North America will exhibit and sell their work.
