MIAD Board of Trustees welcomes June 2024 new members
Keven Ringgold and Sarah Smith Pancheri
At their June 2024 meeting, the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design (MIAD) Board of Trustees welcomed Sarah Smith Pancheri and Keven Ringgold as new members serving on behalf of MIAD under the leadership of Board Chair Deanna Tillisch and college president Jeff Morin.
Sarah Smith Pancheri is president & CEO of Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. (MWF), the organization that produces Summerfest presented by American Family Insurance. Pancheri’s previous experiences include serving as managing director for Milwaukee Fundraising at Marquette University and vice president of Development and Communications for Boys and Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee. Pancheri also serves as board chair of VISIT Milwaukee.
Keven Ringgold is vice president of design for Weyco Group, Inc., a longtime MIAD partner and employer of MIAD grads and interns. Ringgold is an advocate for sharing the joy of the overall design process with young designers aspiring to enter the industry. An avid and experienced footwear designer both professionally and as a hobbyist, Ringgold loves customizing shoes for footwear enthusiasts of all kinds.
