MIAD condemns Kenosha shooting

MIAD condemns law enforcement’s continued murder of Black Americans and the tragic shooting of Jacob Blake in Kenosha near his three young, now severely traumatized, sons. We cannot comprehend the pain of his family and friends.

MIAD stands with other organizations calling for accountability, justice and an end to racism. We support the statewide call for reform of police policies, the investigation into this shooting, use of body cameras by all law enforcement and the rights of Americans to peacefully protest violence of all kinds against Black Americans.
