“My life has been a series of firsts. I am a first-generation American. I have excelled in design competitions with Delta Faucet and General Motors. And I am the first Industrial Designer ever to work at Mortara Instrument.

I’ve also had the privilege of collaborating with Marquette engineers to develop an educational social robot for students and the elderly. I will continue to focus my career on how design impacts the quality of health care.

While I’m doing that, MIAD Industrial Design students and Marquette Engineering students will experience for the first time a new class where they will learn to work together before they enter the workforce.
