A Pulitzer Prize winning team at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel followed Industrial Design students Brett Pearson ’13 and Sean Simmons ’13, and their Marquette Engineering partners, for months as the students worked to bring “Nourish” to life. Their story is a story about the power of design to help Kailyn – a young girl with a rare disorder – fulfill a fundamental wish to eat more independently.
