I am a PhD Candidate in the Department of Art History and Archaeology at the University of Missouri-Columbia, majoring in Classical Art and Architecture with a minor in Eighteenth-Century European Art. I am currently writing my dissertation on Roman spintriae and contemporary erotica and the role pf such objects in the ancient world and the collecting culture of the early modern period. I also work with the Athienou Archaeological Project in Athienou, Cyprus.
