MIAD professor Jason S. Yi, adjunct faculty member Sonja Thomsen, and alumnus Chad Hallblade (’02) were chosen from a pool of more than 480 applicants to participate in this year’s Wisconsin Triennial, which runs through August 15 at the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art (MMoCA).
Chosen by the museum’s curator of education Sheri Castelnuovo, director Stephen Fleischman and curator of exhibitions Jane Simon, works in the exhibition represent the varied artistic directions Wisconsin-based artists explore on a daily basis.
